We offer an innovative solution for office employees to help them to prevent the harmful effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Our aim is to make the active office lifestyle widely known and conventional. We have designed our health programme with this idea in mind: ACTLICO helps everyone to maintain their health. We recommend our programme for freelancers working from home as well as office communities too.
Actlico health programme was founded by a team of three people – with different motivations and intentions, but working toward the same goal: to make the office lifestyle healthier. Two of the team had experienced the painful effects of a sedentary lifestyle for years. We met our physiotherapist partner when seeking a solution for our own problems. She has already healed numerous „office injuries” over the years, and also had a vision about turning the office atmosphere into a place where sitting diseases can be prevented.
